I/We agree to the following
terms of a Consignment Package.
Studio is responsible for shipping cost from the Studio back to Dance World Bazaar.
Consignment
Package must be back to Dance World Bazaar by specified due date. Due date is approximately four weeks after reciept of package.
Studio
will send one check for total amount due with the returned merchandise by the
stated due date.
Studio
keeps 25% of total retail sales from Consignment Package.
If
package is not returned by the due date, the total retail value of the Consignment
Package (less 25% discount), plus a 2% charge will be charged to the credit
card listed below. Card must have a
minimum available credit of $500.00 and will be verified before package is
sent.

I/We agree to all of the
terms presented here for a Consignment Package. This guarantee shall be in
effect until all merchandise is returned and paid for by the Studio. It is
understood that should my/our company become delinquent in payment, Dance World
Bazaar will charge and undersigned does hereby agree to pay reasonable
attorney’s fees, a late charge of 2%, service charge of 1.5% (18% APR) per
month, and all other cost and expenses which may be incurred by Dance World
Bazaar in the enforcement of this guarantee.
